• Photos: Profile pictures, service images, and completion photos uploaded by users.
• Device information: Device identifiers and push notification tokens for delivering notifications.
• Usage data: Crash reports and performance data to improve app stability.

• To create and manage your account.
• To facilitate service bookings between customers and providers.
• To process payments securely through Stripe.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates via push notifications.
• To display provider profiles and reviews to customers.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage, cloud messaging, and crash reporting.
• Stripe: Payment processing and provider payouts.
• Apple Push Notification Service: Delivering push notifications to your device.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) with servers located in Europe (europe-west6, Zurich). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data, bookings, services, and reviews will be permanently removed from our systems.

You have the right to:

• Access: your personal data through your profile in the app.
• Update: your personal data at any time through the Edit Profile section.
• Delete: your account and all associated data through Settings → Delete Account.
• Withdraw consent: for push notifications through your device settings.

7. Children’s privacy

Ooido is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by email.
